Delias descombesi eranthos
Fruhstorfer 1905 - Red-Spot Jezebel
A single specimen was captured by Masashi Maruyama in May 1989. Its presence on the Island is a mystery, as the nearest known location for this species is on Khao Luang (c1000m), in Nakhon Sri Thammarat Province, about 150km. away. It has not been recorded since, and may simply have been a wind-blown vagrant.
