Simiskina pharyge deolina
Fruhstorfer 1917 - The Blue-line Brilliant
So far, this species has only been found, locally, on Koh Pha Ngan.
A very rare species found at the edges of woodland, though not generally in the forests, themselves.
The male upperside has brillian metallic blue patches on both wings, but the female is totally brown on the upperside. The species can be identified as being the only member of the genus that has metallic blue markings on the tornal area of the underside hindwing.
