A species which can be found in forest glades and clearings. The lack of sightings is down to misidentification in the field. The butterfly sould be reasonably common on the Island.

The Singapore subspecies has been bred on Derris trifoliata, Andira inermis (both Leguminosae) and Allophylus cobbe (Sapindaceae)

Sikkin, Myanmar, Peninsular Thailand and Malaysia.
