Ptyelinellus sp. indet.

This species matches the description given by Distant, 1908 of a variation of Ptyelinellus praefractus.
However, I am reluctant, at present, to definitively say that it is that species. This is because Lallemand described a second species in the genus in 1956 (P. ganjamensis) from Orissa, India. North Thailand shares many species with North-West India, and I have not been able to see the original description of that species to ascertain whether it is the same as Distant's variation. No photos or pictures of that species are available.
