This is a new record for Thailand.

There is some confusion as to the status of this species. The top photo matches precisely the description given in Lallemand & Synave, 1961, but in that publication it is listed as P. semele limbata. All other respected sites, e.g. COOL and iNaturalist, list it as a true species. Also, while it matches the publication mentioned earlier, it does not seem to match the type description given by Lallemand, 1922, which is shown in the lower photo from Krabi.

Range

Indonesia (Kalimantan), Malaysia (Sabah and peninsula) and Thailand.

Recorded distribution in Thailand. Satun and Krabi provinces.
