Machaerota sp. indet.

Photos taken at Doi Suthep-Pui, Chiang Mai Prov., Thailand on 11 November 2019.
The genus Machaerota comprises of at least 47 species, and it is very difficult to identify species from photos alone.
This species can be identified by the combination of the following points:
1) Shallow scutellum.
2) Relatively short and straight scutellar process.
3) Scutellar process is black.
4) Unmarked forewings at the apex.
Individually, they are not diagnostic, but the combination of all of the four, show that this is a different species from those shown elsewhere on this site.
