Fruhstorfer 1912 - The Witch

A rare species on Samui, not yet found on Koh Pha Ngan. It appears to be confined to edges of forests and forest clearings.

Larval Foodplant

Unknown in Thailand, but larvae has been found in Palawan on Uveria grandiflora (Annonaceae).

Range

Peninsular Thailand and Malaysia. Other subspecies found in Sikkim, Burma and Northern Thailand., and the Philippines.
