Uncommon forest species on Samui, most often enountered when disturbing a specimen resting during the day. It is crepuscular by nature, to be seen flying very rapidly at dusk.

Range

Peninsular Thailand, Malaysia, Sumatra, Borneo and Java. The other known subspecies flies in Northern Thailand, and N-E India to China.
