Phymatostetha dislocata - Walker 1857
Photo taken at Khao Ramrome, c.985m., Nakhon Si Thammarat Prov., Thailand on 6 May 2015.
This is a new record for Thailand.
The species appears to be rare in southern Thailand and restricted to the montane areas there.
The Thai peninsular region seems to be the northernmost part of its range.
The Type description for the species states that the head, pronotum and costal border of the tegmina are dark brick red, whereas the only Thai specimen known (shown) has them ivory coloured. However, The British Museum in London has specimens with both colours all labelled as this species.
